The Mississippi State Department of Health’s Early Intervention program is seeking contractual pediatric therapists to provide multi-disciplinary comprehensive evaluations and developmental services to infants/toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays and their families as outlined in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
Contracts are negotiated for Speech/Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Special Instructors to coach families/caregivers, to consult with other providers, and to provide direct services to children. In addition, Service Coordinators are being sought to provide case management for families in the EI program.
