Background
Joy Sennett currently serves as the Director of the Office of Communicable Diseases. She has been employed at the Mississippi Department of Health in various capacities for the last 13 years, including the HIV/AIDS Program. For five years she was the Director of the Immunization Program and also served several years in the Office of Epidemiology. She earned a Master’s Degree in Health Science/Health Care Administration from Mississippi College and completed the South Central Public Health Leadership Institute program in 1997 and the Certificate of Supervisory Management in 1996. | |
