Background
Alisa H. Williams was named Director of EMS in February of 2007. Williams received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Mississippi in Journalism and Advertising. She later graduated from the School of Health Related Professions Paramedic Program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She has over ten years experience with Emergency Medical Services and more than five with Public Health Administration.
